We guarantee our diapers to be free from manufacturing defects for 120 days from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects are defined as broken elastic, broken or missing snaps and sewing mistakes that render the diaper ineffective. The warranty is void if the proper care and use instructions printed on the wash label are not followed.
Returns
With the exception of issues covered under warranty, we do not accept returns due to the sanitary nature of our products. Proof of purchase is required for warranty returns. Items covered under warranty will be replaced with like products. If the pattern is not in stock, the customer will have the option to replace with a different pattern or we will issue a refund.
